GET STRETCHY is our guided recovery class that focuses on improving flexibility and mobility. This class is for anyone who is interested in enhancing performance and increasing longevity. In class, you will use foam rollers, static/dynamic stretching, along with corrective exercises to help balance out your body. You'll leave feeling groovy. It's not yoga - it's #GETSTRETCHY
