Our Hardknox Powerlifting Program is designed to help lifters of all levels build maximum strength through the three core lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Our powerlifting coach follows the conjugate method system for the basis of these classes focused on developing raw power, improving technique, and increasing total strength under expert coaching in a structured, supportive environment.
