Program Description

Our HK MINIS program is the perfect introduction to fitness for kids ages 5-8. This 45-min class is designed as a fun, energetic, and engaging steppingstone into movement and exercise. Through games and age-appropriate activities, kids will learn the basics of how to run, jump, swing, and move their bodies safely--all in a supportive and structures environment. Our coaches focus on building coordination, confidence, and a love for fitness that feels like play. TEST

Foundational Movement Training

Kids learn how to run, jump, push, pull, hinge and climb! We coach to move with purpose- building coordination, balance and body awareness in a safe environment.

Learn Before You Lift

We focus on on the fundamentals. Kids will learn how to move safely before they are introduced to loaded movements. Our coaches help kids understand how their bodies move- laying the groundwork for future strength and athletic development.
